It is a tradition in our culture as well as in Armenian culture to do a celebration when the first tooth comes. We do a special dish my mom makes that consists of all types of lentils, black pepper, turmeric and yogurt. It’s so delicious. I will post a recipe of this. We celebrated it with all immediate family and friends. It was in my backyard. I decided to do a unicorn ? theme since it has been such a popular theme in girls. It was such a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The weather was in the 80s. It was just right. Both Sophia’s grandparents from both sides were here. My two uncles and aunts were here. All Sophia’s Aunts and uncles, couldn’t have asked for it any other way. Everything came out just right. Love backyard parties with family.
